Folks, what is happening vis a vis the Mar a Lago raid is a bad version of the “Plumbers” from Watergate. The FBI, DOJ et al are in the midst of removing their foot from their own groin.

The FBI et AL, went on a fishing expedition, again incorrectly assuming the guy they are dealing with is MUCH smarter than all of them combined. It is my belief that Trump knew what they were up to or planning, and used AGAIN their TDS and zeal to “get him” mentality against them. IE Trump used their own biases and proclivities against them.

He put out through channels, that he HAS the goods to bring down the entire swamp, and they were declassified by him, and ORDERED to be released. Yet two AGs never obeyed that order..so what is he to do?

What would be the BEST way to force docs he ALREADY declassified and ordered made public, to actually BE made public?

Oh, I know, I will have the feds do it FOR me.

Trump set a trap, and the FBI (read Obama here folks, HE is the one pulling the strings here) took it hook, line, sinker, and bobber.

They know PRECISELY what Trump declassified and gave to Barr to be released. Barr, the DS simp he is, punted. That left it to the Biden AG, old Merrick himself. I bet he shat himself when he read what was in those docs. He then called his boss, Barack, and said Barry, we have a PROBLEM. See, all those docs were related to Crossfire Hurricane and the SPYING the same FBI and DOJ did on Trump from 2015 on to the present day. Gee, WHO did those people work for then? Oh yeah. Barry.

So what does the FBI do when Trump starts bringing up those documents, after allowing Biden et al to thoroughly reveal who and WHAT they are for 2 years, RIGHT before a midterm, when power in Congress WILL change?

They PANIC, and get a committed leftist FBI field office in DC, ran by one of their political “boys” In old Timmah, to commission NARA, to declare “classified” documents “missing” , get an opinion from the PotaJoe to remove Trumps executive privilege, and get a subpoena to look and SEE just what Trump had. When that did not prove fruitful, IE they could NOT find the red binder, they wen JUDGE shopping to a committed leftist Magistrate, one they KNEW hated Trump (social media is forever dumbass) and would play ball. Problem, they did NOT do their research into the magistrate enough, and found out when Trump told them (through his lawyers and mouth pieces) that this particular magistrate had JUST recused himself on the Trump vs Clinton et al civil suit. OOPS.

If we knew NOTHING else, that would be enough to get the entire thing THROWN OUT by a real judge, and ANY real of planted “evidence” returned and INADMISSABLE do to fruit of the poisoned tree, something the left is GREAT at, poisoning the tree.

But WAIT there is MORE. These fools not only went magistrate shopping, the got this fool to issue a BROAD general warrant in the process. OPPS #2, see reason ONE again, ILLEGAL warrant means ALL “evidence” was gathered under FALSE pretense, and therefore inadmissible.

Strike Two. So then after ALL that illegality, removing privilege, using political operatives, IGNORING both precedent, and LAW in the Presidential records Act, AND also ignoring both the SCOTUS Navy case, AND the Berman case on Bill Clinton which not only AFFIRMED the Presidents ABSOLUTE plenary powers to decalss ANYTHING at ANYTIME with but a single word, accountable to NO ONE, Judge Amy, EXPANDED it to INCLUDE ANY docs the President merely deemed to be his OWN, as HIS. NO NARA, Congress, or anyone else’s permission needed. It did NOT have to even be WRITTEN, merely SAYING it once made it so…Thanks Berman. What do these FOOLS, and they are evil, corrupt, and devious, but they are FOOLS, do?

They over do the raid, having ARMED officers and FBI agents go in, unannounced, ORDER the premises be VACATED, REFUSE the RIGHT of Trump’s lawyers to see the warrant, AND accompany the agents, then they ALSO “request” the security cameras be turned off. They not only violated the 4th Amendment, they RAPED it. They even make sure to bring a safe cracker for that brand new safe.

OOPS the safe was EMPTY, the KEY to telling that yes Trump not only KNEW they were coming (he might not have know the exact time, but he KNEW) he EXPECTED it, AND was READY for them. In fact, I am almost sure at this point he WANTED them to go all KGB and over reach. The FBI obliged.

Clue one that the FBI did NOT know WHAT in the hell they were looking for. They issued a GENERAL warrant, listing ALL Presidential docs from Jan 20th 2017 to Jan 20th 2021. The ENTIRE Trump Presidency. Clue two, they were there TEN HOURS. If you KNEW the docs were there, you SHOULD know just WHERE they were, right? Well they THOUGHT they knew. But, LOL, the safe was EMPTY.

Imagine the PANIC when that safe cracker opened the safe and it was EMPTY. Imagine the PANICKED phone call to whoever was REALLY running this shit show. When they could not then find the docs they wanted in the storage room, they went to Trumps office, when they struck out there, they moved to the private quarters, and Melania’s underwear.

They had to realize, almost immediately, that they had been set up. They got NOTHING. Why do I say this? Simple, look at ALL the changed narratives since the IMMEDIATE pushback began. Then they step on their member and issue the redacted (to put it mildly) affidavit which ALSO cites MSM reports. I ill bet you all here and now, PART of the redacted affidavit cites Maggie Haberman’s toilet photos from her book. Yes, I am saying they were THAT stupid and desperate.

What we are witnessing NOW is the attempted (badly) attempt to frame and cover this up. They AGAIN change their story, and say that the docs they found were in Trump’s desk (who CARES), and they show us a staged photo (just like Haberman’s) of “classified docs” laying on the floor.

Yep we are just supposed to BELIEVE that these docs 1) are so super secret that Trump had no business with them (moot point. I Already established they were declassed WHATEVER they were) 2) this photo was taken at Mar a Lago (proof) on said date (proof), and they found them in Trumps desk and not where they were “supposed to be” (proof and WHO CARES, they are declassified AND Trump COULD really keep them in his JOCK, and they would be deemed secure. THEY do NOT get to tell the President WHAT is HIS OR where to keep them. Remember 1997. Bill Clinton kept classified tapes he recorded in his SOCK DRAWER. Berman, and SCOTUS had NO problem with it. )

Then we get all the whistle blowers coming to Congress from the FBI and DOJ. SO many that Garland felt the need to BREAK THE LAW and tell his DOJ employees NOT to communicate with Congress. Gee, lets see, just for STARTERS, that violates the whistleblower act. Even BETTER, psst, Merrick, guess who has OVERSIGHT on YOU and your Depts of “Justice” and the FBI? Oh right, that would be CONGRESS. Gee, didn’t Mueller, Schiff, Pelosi, and the MSM state that ANY disparaging, or interference with whistleblowers during an investigation (by Congress, and DO NOT forget Durham) would be considered OBSTRUCTION. We also get reports that Special Agent in Charge Thibault was “fired” and escorted out on Friday. The sacrificial lamb, lead to slaughter. But that is not ALL, Now Hannity reports that the FBI whistleblowers want Wray GONE. Hannity is controlled op, but he IS a mouthpiece. Trump uses him as does the establishment.

What we are witnessing is a COVER UP, and a LAME one. They are FLAILING badly. They were already FORCED to admit that they ILLEGALLY took attorney client privileged docs they had NO right to take. That in itself would be the icing to get this charade put to bed. What they SHOULD do is ADMIT they made a mistake, return the docs, and apologize for the “misunderstanding” They will NEVER do that, EVER.

They will instead continue to LIE, and DIG. Trump WILL hand them a shovel. I suspect around mid October, we WILL see some of that video, and it will ruin ANY credibility the DOJ and FBI have left.

The Reps, thanks to MAGA, will retake Congress, and then it gets WORSE. Garland and Wray MUST GO, and will likely face legal consequences. Plus, do you think Biden can get either another Wray and Garland type confirmed by a new MAGA enhanced Senate? Unlikely. I also smell a NEW Special Counsel after January. NOT good news for team Obama.

Lets see how the dems like a cloud of legal jeopardy hanging over their President, and all his minions. And Steve, before you respond, yes there WILL be legal jeopardy, because right NOW we are trying this in the court of PUBLIC opinion. The public, ALL but the most hardened leftists SEE now that Trump WAS right, and that there IS something rotten in DC, and especially DOJ and FBI. They WILL demand accountability, and the newly convened MAGA Congress had BETTER produce, or face even MORE Liz Cheney results in 2024WHEN Trump comes back.

I do not think this was part of the original PLAN Trump had, but that is the thing, Trump can and DOES adapt and overcome. This may ACTUALLY work out BETTER. See, Trump has really done NOTHING. They did it to THEMSELVES. Now the people SEE, what Trump struggled to get them to see, and they DO NOT like it. They WILL force accountability, and Trump, out of office, will have NOTHING to do with it, NO “political retribution” from him in this…wink. This will be WELL underway WHEN Trump comes back, and all he has to so is SEE IT THROUGH. The HARD work must be done by we the people and their new MAGA reps in Congress. Trump is just the “victim” He will just be “carrying out Congresses verdict, and the peoples wishes WHEN he brings the Cabal to JUSTICE. What he wanted in the FIRST place, just a hard way to get it.
